SFPL’s Green Web Site

What a great example of how a library can offer a green online portal for their users!  San Fransicso Public Library’s Green Stacks it worth checking out as a model of what can be done.  The site  – subtitled the community resource for living a greener life – offers list of eco-resources, highlights green events (including their summer Green Teen Read), info about their environmental resource center,  offers a side bar of some helpful resources, and a featured Green Person interview. This is the same library that has the biodegradable library card I blogged about in April.
